Helicon Asselronde
The beautiful course around Apeldoorn has for years been known as one of the most challenging races in the Netherlands. Participants run through the beautiful wooded surroundings of Apeldoorn, Hoog Soeren and Assel. Start point and finish line are in the ‘Royal’ Loolaan.

Pre-entry € 17,-. Late entry € 22,-.
Information on registration
If you have registered and paid before February 21st 2010 information will be sent to you by mail. Participants in the Helicon Asselronde will also get their start number and ChampionChip (bought or rented) sent to their home address.
Dressing Rooms
The Helicon Opleidingen dressing rooms in the Loolaan are available for runners of the Helicon Asselronde. Follow the sign-posts. Masseurs will be there after the race.
Results
The results of the marathon will appear on the website www.midwintermarathon.nl on February 21, 2010 from 19.00 hours.
Prize money
For men prizes are awarded for the first 10 finishers. For women for the first 5 finishers.
Memento
All runners who finish the Helicon Asselronde receive the special Midwinter Marathon Memento.
Refreshments posts
There are refreshment posts every 5 kilometres along the marathon route, providing water, tea and fruit. At the finish sports drinks and tea are handed out.
Medical care
Medical care is available at the start and finish line as well as along the route. A Red Cross post is on every 5 kilometre point.
Time Limit
All runners who finish the Helicon Asselronde within 3.30 hours will be listed in the end results.
